The 2026 Update in Adult Medicine Conference brings together physicians, APPs, and healthcare professionals for two days of evidence-based education focused on value, population health, and the future of medicine. Held September 11-12, 2026, at Corewell Health Place in Grand Rapids, the conference highlights emerging clinical advances, transitions across the continuum of care, and innovations shaping inpatient and outpatient practice. Sessions feature multidisciplinary experts from across Corewell Health West and beyond, fostering collaboration, practical learning, and dialogue aimed at improving outcomes and delivering high-value care.

1. Apply the latest evidence-based guidelines for the management of common adult medicine conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings
2. Integrate population health principles into clinical decision-making to improve outcomes and reduce disparities
3. Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, remote monitoring, digital therapeutics) into everyday clinical practice
4. Identify best practices in inpatient and outpatient patient care.
